The way these women treat customers is unfathomable. In my 20 years of having insurance I would never recommend Kelsey or her staff. They are quick to hang up on you, ignore your calls or threaten you. I literally witnessed a phone conversation between Kelsey and a business owner and it absolutely embarrassed me. The way she was talking down to the business and threatening him. Unbelievable.
I would give ZERO stars but it would not let me. I will make sure to let others know about her and her team’s erratic behavior.

Very helpful and pleasant to work with! I've had another agency for several years that retired....hard to say goodbye! But Kelsi and her other gals have made the transition easy! Answered my questions and said to call any time I needed assistance! Great job, Kelsi and crew! 👍

We scheduled an appointment to meet with Tori and Cayli on 1/18. Coming in we had a ton of questions that we are hoping to have answered. Not only did they get us in early, but we were there for well over an hour. They in depth explained and answered all of our questions and even made sure that we understood. Not once did we feel rushed or did they make us feel like we were a bother. They were both super friendly and made tons of jokes so it felt very friendly and comfortable while we were in there!!

We really liked our previous State Farm agent alot, but he retired and Kelsi Lubovich took over. Kelsi and her staff made it clear that they know what a good relationship the prior agent had with his customers, and they hope to have the same. They reached out to set up a meeting. I met with Katie, she took the time to get to know me, and go over the coverage we currently have. Katie was very knowledgeable at explaining everything, and answering any questions that I had. She did not try to sell me on a bunch of insurance, but actually did give me some info on things that can possibly lower our rates. I recommend meeting with her if you haven't done so already.
