This company is inconsistent about rules. I had to put a tarp on my RV due to leakage during the rainy season for just one night. I was told by the manager that I wasn't allowed to keep it on permanently. If you look around the mobile home park there are so many that have tarps on, that have been on since I moved in (permanently placed on them)! I brought this up to Shirley in person (the owner of the park) between my Mom and I and I never did get a straight answer about it. She talks in ways that get herself into trouble, so much so that she has to explain herself later. She didn't even know what her own Renter's Agreement reads when it came to giving a thirty day notice (it was in her hand and she still would not read it). She just said that she trusts me that I had read it (which I did and followed it to the "T"). I gave my thirty day notice with my last month's rent as told to and when it came time for me to ask for my deposit back, she said I would have to stay another thirty days because she claims my Mom and I talked about paying for next month's rent. Really? Verbal agreements are not even in the Renter's Agreement. Shirley, you can't undo your failures on the phone with a conversation in person. You need to do what is right now, and not try to talk your way out of it later (which is exactly what you did). By the way, this is the second review because my last review was DELETED as well as others! I forgive you Shirley but you still have to stand before God and give an account for your SERIOUS LACK OF RIGHTEOUSNESS!

I highly recommend this property management company if your looking for a place to live! Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff!

I’ve never lived in such inhabitable living conditions or seen any in my life. Absolutely disgusting! They do not do proper treatment for roaches whatsoever. Had them crawling out of my air conditioner, on my feet in the shower, through my makeup, in the toilet in my fridge anything you can imagine! Then they will try to blame it on a neighbor but all of their apartments are just sickly infested and they do not care!!! Elderly and children living like this and they do nothing. Absolutely sick. Clifford ave, never move there and save yourself. I had to throw away so much belongings and groceries. Neighbors told me they dont even allow themselves to have microwaves/basic appliances. Even keep plastic cutlery in the fridge!
