My husband David needed me to go hunting for car insurance and I am so thankful I found this agency! Wendy the receptionist was so polite and helpful, and was able to connect us to an agent named Sunny. I was able to give Sunny the info she needed and seamlessly transition out of the interaction so that David could take over. He was shocked that we were able to get such a good deal on full coverage insurance, and thrilled with the customer service he received! Thank you Sunny and Wendy for all yalls help!

I have been a customer with Ken Ross - State Farm since 2007. They always take care of their customers. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Kenneth Jr. my father is elderly and has trouble working his iPhone. Kenneth Jr is so patient and kind. Darlene helped me get set up on my policy, she is so helpful, she's the bomb. Sunny, Shea, and Kenneth, Jr.were just as amazing as Darlene. This office is great.I also, got the chance to meet the Agent, Mr. Ken Ross today, it was awesome. I even have a picture of Jake at my house. What a great day. I have tried multiple times to resolve the payment issue for my spouse and I life insurance policies. When I thought everything was taken care of, I received a text from State Farm stating that our policy still hadn’t been paid. I called the 409 number and spoke with Ken Ross. Despite it being his first time handling life insurance policies, he personally resolved our payment mishap and followed through on his promise to ensure everything was correctly set up for our future payments. Ms. Sunny Bangmora was wonderful! I called to request help in obtaining additional information and documents from my policy and she was very communicative and helpful. She was able to provide me with the requested documents quickly and even took it a step further and sent other documents she believed I may need.
