Rude staff. The blonde lady who works there isn’t a people person. Furthermore you’ll have to put up with residents who blast loud music at night for hours. The police patrol the parking lots but they also at the same time like to harass residents even though it is private property.

lived here for a year prior to moving states, it was a well kept apartment, i was in the newer building so we had an elevator. only problem was parking, which could be expanded. community washers/dryers often we taken up because there aren't many.

other than that, i loved my apartment, maintenance was sufficient, timely, & effective.

appliances could be updated too, maybe include dishwashers or a newer fridge, paint the cabinets, & hallways.

aprtments are spacious, cozy, & homey.
the apartments staff are super nice, communicative, & understanding. they try their best. i loved it there & would move back if more things were updated but it was my diest apartment & it got the job done

They were great on fixing things. But not on dealing with problematic neighbors. They wanted you to call the cops. The Walls are paper thin. You can hear the conversation next door. There was always garbage everywhere outside. Way too expensive for how small it was and wasn't the safest or most secure of places. I didn't like it at all. So happy to have moved.

I've lived here for 3 years. Though some of the reviews are accurate, such as bad tenants (i.e.) the smell of marijuana constantly, loud parties unannounced to neighbors, and generally not cleaning up after themeselves. I've seen no auto break-ins and the apartment management staff is always very friendly. Whenever there is a maintenance issue with one of the units, it's addressed promptly. I actually like it here.

This place is the absolute worst place I lived in! Save yourself don't make a mistake like I did. Moved here out of desperation and I completely regret it. My bath tub likes to over flow with Seward water! They have ants and roaches you name it. The staff is super rude! Living here has made me depressed! The place smells of weed every day! The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate of the people living next door... The wooden floor is cheap! They're peeling off as I type. The paint, cabinets and stove are also cheap. My stove is horrible. Looks like there was a fire and they painted it white. It's cheap but definitely not worth it! There are better cheap apartments out there. Save yourself please!

I have been here a year. Never ever lived somewhere that I couldn't park my car outside without someone going in it. My car has been broke into twice. The tenant in my build are just ignorant. Need more camera & security. It make no sense to wake up and see my neighbor car on four bricks. They getting out of control with the stealing.

The Property manager is very rude. I am a business owner who contacted them. I was told to hold, but the call was disconnected. I Called back and the property manager answered again. She proceeded to tell me she hung up on me on purpose instead of respectfully stating that services were not needed. This is one rude and unprofessional way to run a business. I couldn't even imagine being a tenant.
