Absolute worst experience possible. Wish I could give zero stars. If you call the corporate office or the local office, no one knows what’s going on. You will get different answers from different agents. I was told I could cancel one of my vehicle’s insurance policies 2 days prior to the insurance auto-drafting from my account to avoid the deduction, that was not accurate. I called back and was told I would be refunded. Did not get a refund and was told someone gave me inaccurate info again. I was then told it would credit towards the rest of my premium even though the remaining premium on the one vehicle left insured at Alfa was much less than the vehicle I removed. The credit should have left me with no payment for two months. When I confirmed the new amount being drafted from my account with the credit, it was the same as prior, no less. Who knows where the additional money was going. I went back and forth with the call center and my local agent. All while being told inaccurate info from all employees. I decided to cancel the insurance altogether and was told by Ken Key that I would be issued a full refund that way. They decided to send only a partial refund of what was deducted from my bank account, even though my local agent told me I’d receive a full refund. Spent 20 min on the phone with the call center while the rep consulted multiple people to try and figure out why that was the case. Was told it was because I hadn’t paid enough the prior months that I was insured through them; Although, I’ve been on auto-draft payments the entire time I’ve been insured with them! If this were the case, why weren’t my previous payments higher if I wasn’t paying what was owed for the vehicles. When I called Ken Key back and asked why I wasn’t getting a full refund like he told me. He said he couldn’t see all the info on Alfa’s corporate site... The run around you’ll get from this place is completely unprofessional! Check all the reviews on wallet Hub and Consumer Affairs if you’re in doubt!

This is without a doubt the worst insurance agency I have ever seen. Don’t call them because they don’t know anything at all, they always have to call the home office. Lol
