I wish I could add video. I multiple times “prefix” of knowing the basement was “damp” I lived on this property for 3 years. Was given a dehumidifier. The house was rotting from the basement up. I was sued. All I wanted to do was move. Their new property manager should be ashamed. The homeowner is clueless. If I could give a -0 review I would. The basement.

5 years renting from this lady, only to be treated like garbage. The owners never made repairs at 161 West Main Street. 5 years worth of damages from leaks under the kitchen sink, which staff broke the cabinet. But not before the water leak damaged the kitchen floor causing the tile to crack, and the press wood to turn to dust. Leaks from apartment d above us included air conditioning unit busting forcing all the water from their air conditioning unit to run down the wall adding to the kitchen floor damage, and damaging the wall, which created black mold. As well as ripping the bathroom ceiling to make repairs to pipes in apartment d, then leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling. Repairs made to this apartment were water heater twice, and a sliding door in apartment b. After paying rent, this woman threw a 60 day notice, began making threats, and expected rent for those 60 days. This was the biggest mistake my parents ever made renting from these people. My Father paid the rent 3 month's in advance, even during covid when rent wasn't being charged. My Father helped this woman even though he was sick with cancer. And after his death, I was paying rent, and maintaining this apartment. It wasn't our responsibility to make repairs to this apartment. After she created the hole in the bathroom ceiling, we left. Forced to leave all my Dads belongings, due to lack of time to get it out of the apartment. Do not rent from this woman, regarding this property. They want high rent, for an outdated building, which isn't worth it. 950 a month what a joke. No deposits refunded for myself had to leave everything in the apartment, with such a short time to move.
