I found KHoward Mortgage Team online and after talking to Kirk, I realized that I had found the right mortgage broker for me. The process was easy and it went without a glitch! All costs and fees were presented to us upfront and did not change nor there were hidden fees. In Fact, they were able to lower the interest rate from what we originally had committed to without costing us anything or us having buy points. His team kept us informed and updated through the process of the loan and they made it very easy for us to provide the documents and paperwork they needed. It was great working with them for our loan, and I will definitely use them again!

Kirk Howard and his team made this the easiest house buying experience I have ever had, including a recent refinance of another home...by far.
Their process is easy and their follow up communications is timely. I was updated during every phase of the loan process and was able to close on a house (in this current crazy market) in under 30 days without any issues. Awesome experience and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

Kirk and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. At no point were we ever left confused and waiting for clarification and answers. Kirk made himself available to us for any questions, even after normal business hours! This was out first hime purchase, and a very stressful and confusing ordeal, but Kirk and his team made the loan process one of the easiest things we had to do instead of the hardest.
