I am very pleased with Kiesau insurance Services.
They notified me that my previous homeowners insurance would not be renewed this year since the company was no longer insuring anyone in California.
They then advised me that they would search for a new homeowners insurance plan for me, and within a reasonable amount of time, they did!
The process was handled in a timely manner. They communicated well with me and handled all the details. I appreciate greatly their help in obtaining my homeowners insurance.

Kiesau insurance let us know that our homeowners insurance would not be renewed because the company was not insuring in California anymore. They assured us that they had a plan for us and would find us insurance . And they did! The whole process was easy. They communicated very well with us and took care of all the details. Talk about taking a bad situation and making it better! First, like many in California my homeowners insurance was cancelled by my prior insurance company (not Kiesau Insurance's fault). And of course insurance prices are skyrocketing. But Humberto Loera at Kiesau Insurance was able to get me taken care of with good coverage at a reasonable price with one personal phone call. I'd recommend Humberto and the staff at Kiesau Insurance Services.

Humberto was great and really understood what I needed in terms of home owner's insurance. I had been dropped from American National due to them eliminating home policies after having no claims for 17 years of being in my home. He was patient, attentive and answered all my questions as this was very trying for me. He found me a policy that suited my needs and handled the transaction expeditiously.

I've been with this agency for over I think 20 years now, many of the people I dealt with in the early days are still there. Throughout the years I could always count on the office to go out of their way to get me the best policies at the best prices based on my situation at the time. Recently I had to renew my homeowners policy when my existing policy through American National made the decision not to write policies in California. Ausitn Adams an agent I have worked with many times went out and found new coverage. Of course, with the homeowner's insurance market in California being what it is the new policy was much higher than before. I decided despite my confidence in the Kiesau Agency always getting me the best deal I had to keep them honest. I shopped around before accepting the new policy they had found. Turns out no offer I received was even competitive. The Keisau Agency had found me the best policy at the best price even in these insurance conditions.

Working with Kiesau Insurance Services has continued to provide me and my family peace of mind. We were recently notified our existing insurer was no longer doing business in California. Working with Jeff's team allowed me to seamlessly switch to another provider, and keep costs down. A couple phone calls and a few days and we were re-connected.
