Could have been better but I still recommend you to family and friends…
I called you and was told that you could not get me a better rate…
I left because the rates got too high for me on a fixed income… Then two days after I left you called and offered me a way better rate but it was too late because I had already switched over… when my new policy expires I’ll be switching back to Allstate…

As an agent she's 5 star.

But when one calls on a direct line and one gets NOT your agent but 1st an automated answering system that wants you to answer questions THEN ships you off to some out-of-country, barely speaks coherent English personel before getting to your direct line Allstate agent? That's what pisses me off! I didn't sign up for the runaround. Let me speak directly to the person in whom I want to get my issue resolved and leave everything else out of it!
