They own the brand new apartment complex in Madison, AL called Aurora that my family lives in. That front office is a COMPLETE JOKE. Won’t enforce ANY rules on their NONSMOKING PROPERTY, broke down sport cars in handicap spots for MONTHS, dog poop everywhere, noise complaints fall on deaf ears, the list is endless. Neighbors have PTSD, one neighbor is elderly and on oxygen!! Her assistance van can’t even pick her up bc everyone is illegally parked in handicap!! She can’t walk!! I’ve gone with her to make SEVERAL complaints and the front office refuses to actually do something besides sending idle threats via email to the complex. They can EASILY see who’s violating and who’s not yet they won’t do anything about it. Stay FAR away from this complex.

I didn’t even want to do this but at this point the apartment complex that I have been residing at for the past 11 months is the worst apartment complex in this world. I received 0 help honestly with any issue I encountered/ experienced living here because you have to call more than 5 times to even get someone to listen to your concerns, it’s treacherous and so unprofessional. I been having a problem with my washer for about 6 months, like I said I have to call more than once for a problem to be solved, and the maintenance man will come “fix” the washer because it has to be deadline before a new one can be ordered. So recently my washer finally gave out January 20, I called and called no one answered or did they give me call back for about 3 days. I finally went to the office and told them and they put in a ticket order for my washer. I received a text the next day stating my washer was ordered (Jan 24), I went on with my life having to spend 100+ plus at the laundromat every week on my family and I clothes. Friday, I spoke to someone that works at the office and she just got guidance from the maintenance man that if a washer has been delivered, he will put it in, yet he never showed up. Today Feb 10, I spoke with the office management again they expressed to me they were unaware I was sent a text stating a washer was ordered Jan 24 by someone in the office and basically couldn’t help me with no compensation and only that they promise now that a washer will be ordered. At this point I don’t want to live here, I have had way more problems just living here from the trash being everywhere everyday on the lawn (months at a time), couches and mattresses throwed outside next to the falling filled dumpster, broken gate thats been broken for monthss, entertainment center that was never open or pool, all kind of footwork from people that don’t stay in this “gated community”. I called corporate company, no answer from them as well. I’m so frustrated, I feel like no one cares, it’s really a strain having to go out your way to do anything when you pay for amenities that is in your lease: prime example, functioning stove (mines unbalanced so my daughter has to be put up when i’m cooking), functioning dryer (it broke a month into my lease), functioning washer (broken), functioning ac( it was broke for about 3/4 days before someone came fixed, also the instalIation in my storage never was completed we got rats and bugs running over our belongings… I think you get my frustration. Overall, Kittles Properties don’t care because from what I was told from the leasing office that they can’t promise compensation from me spending 300 these past 3 weeks on washing my clothes at laundromat or fees with me trying to break my lease.

Maintenance is never a priority. My friend has gone 2 months without a working dryer. I went weeks without lights in hall, bathroom and laundry room because of a leak above me. Had rain coming in my windows from the gutters that aren’t kept clean. It’s always “waiting for the part to come..it’s on back order”, blah, blah, blah! It’s maddening!

Horrible place to live. They don't maintain anything. they close out work orders before anything's ever done. Or they delete your work orders. I waited 4 months for a frigerator in a bathtub faucet. It's been over a year I've been dealing with mold they've only sent 2 contractors out to get a measurements and they havent bothered to try and put us in another unit when there were and are empty units. I have small children getting sick from all this mold. were still paying rent on time every month. We have called everybody but the news and can not get a return phone call from anybody but were taking it to The news seeing how there's other complaints against this property group already And our property used to be a meth lab which should have been condemned.

4 months after I moved in with my service dog they served me a termination of lease to immediately get rid of my dog or move out because my hateful busybuddie neighbor complained and even though I presented my dogs information upon signing the lease, most the manager's here are inexperienced and they have a high turnover, the rent amount keeps changing it's always higher, there has to be tenant rights laws for this! they are suppose to be low income for seniors on SSI but my rent is more than my SSI now, the stress put me in the hospital with blood pressure at 225 near heart attack twice and recently a manager yelled at me over and over when I didn't understand all these fees to pay for reading water meter pay electric the fees are just insane my rent due was near to 200.00 more than it was on the lease and the new lead manager is just a psychopathic bully ! beware seniors do not rent from these people! Also I'm a disabled senior and miss and need my dog terribly it's devastating! I also suffered a panic attack and had a seizure because of the stress! Negative - 500 star ratings!!!! I'm pursuing legal actions asap

Poorly ran office at Spire Luxury Apartments in Charlotte. Julie the property manager has created a office that only cares about getting money and not protecting good tenants from bad tenants. Her leadership is going to create legal issues for this company real soon.
