The Knowles Group:
I have known Jay Knowles way before he became a household name. He sold my husband and I our home in Dillsboro our country home we always wanted, in 2017, we are still in love with our home and Jay. We trusted Jay and his team so much that we recommended him to our son, who was also moving to Aurora. My son, his wife and newborn twins were finally going to be living under the same roof, after my son, who works with the Railroad was hired in Cincinnati and his wife and newborn twins were living in Northern Indiana. Yet another win for Jay Knowles and his team. I recommend Jay to anyone I know that is wanting to buy or sell in the SE Indiana area. I know that he won’t steer you wrong. (Jay also sneaks up on my porch like Santa in December and leaves me wrapping paper). Jay will be my forever friend. Thank you, Jay.

We are transplants from California, both born and raised there. My husband accepted a job in Kentucky, so began the search for a home. He started looking in Kentucky and then decided to look in Indiana. The agent in Kentucky didn't cross state lines, and referred us to Gage at Jay Knowles Realty Group. We had alot of phone and text contact with Gage.
I spoke to him on, at least, a daily basis, if not more often.
He went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. He even went out to homes to try to video them for us.
We told him what we were looking for, and we were pretty specific. Needless to say, he tried to find it, and gave us ideas, etc. I was online quite a bit trying to find a house that fit what we were looking for, and would be an easy commute for my husband.
My husband flew out here a few times, either for work or to meet up with Gage to house hunt, as our time was ticking away, before we had to make the move.
The final trip, Gage took my husband to several houses, and the one my husband picked, and made an offer on, was nothing like what we had said wee wanted. Gage was stunned! It fit what we wanted, in a house. The property was less than what we, (I) wanted, but the house was perfect.
Needless to say, when I saw the house in person, I was a little disappointed because the neighbors are so close. As it turns out, that has not been a bad thing.
All in all, Gage has been a blessing in this journey. Jay and Kailey were also extremely helpful in this huge move for us. It went more smoothly than we could have ever hoped for. A big thank you to Jay Knowles Realty Group and especially to Gage. A stellar agent, and has become a friend as well.

Could NOT have asked for a better realtor than Jay. Talk about the friendliest, most down to earth, and resourceful guy ever. When we bought some wooded land, Jay walked all through the woods and climbed through thick brush multiple times with us to make sure the property was going to suffice our needs. He’s been on top of everything, has given us great resources for pursuing our next steps in land/site work and building, and just overall is a great guy to know. Very thankful for his hard work. Will forever recommend him to anybody looking in the southeast Indiana region!
