Do not recommend. Used them for 2 years. First year went smoothly, second year not so much. Went in, got my taxes done, paid and out the door. Time goes by and I haven't received my return, so I reached out to see what was going on. Wasn't showing up in the IRS tracker after 6 months so I started to get worried. It took months for Roshawn to respond to me after multiple calls and emails. She stated that it wasn't filed because she was waiting on my payment, which I paid before leaving her office and had proof of. She also asked me why I waited so long before reaching out, which I then referenced the multiple calls and emails. She finally got it sent in, but ever since then I have not been allowed by the IRS to eFile. They notified me that an IP PIN had been set up for me, which I have no knowledge of so I am stuck having to do my own taxes and mail them in for the foreseeable future. You're better off spending your money elsewhere or doing them yourself.
