Kyle was amazing to work with! My husband has worked with him a couple of times prior to our most recent purchase and I now know why. He is super patient and answered my overkill of questions. He found us the best loan for our needs and pulled it all off for a 2.5 week close! Prior to finding our new home, we had been looking for about 5 months and he was always happy to help with giving quotes based on current rate. He reached out the day of closing to make sure we were set an answer any questions we had. He also reached out the day after move in to congratulate is. Super thoughtful!
I hope to not move for a very VERY long time from now but if/when we do, Kyle is stuck with us! Until then, we will continue to refer him to family, friends and anyone else who will listen. Thanks Kyle!

My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and using Kyle was the best decision we could have made! He offered amazing rates with several options. Kyle was referred to us from our realtor. I was a little hesitant at first not knowing him but from the first conversation we had I knew we were in the best hands. Kyle was our go to with just about every single question we had in the lending/home buying process. It’s evident with several brokers that it’s all about collecting a paycheck. Or have an “it’s not my problem” mentality. Not Kyle! He was sure to put our opinions, interests and well being first and above anything else. When we had questions stressing us out early morning or late at night, he answered every call and was quickly able to help or ease or stress. We cared about our investment and so did he. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive with anything during the process. Knowledge and experience goes a long way and Kyle has an abundance of both. You’ll rest easy knowing you made the right choice not if, but when you choose him to run point when you’re buying a home!

Wow! Where do I began. I was introduced to Kyle N by Kyle V. Now how did I get so lucky to be able to have two Kyle’s to help? Kyle N with the financial part of the mortgage loan and Kyle V the agent that helped with the sale and buying of both houses. Unbelievable right? No it’s what I call a blessing.
