Hello, I’ve been a member of the credit union for about 12 years. The employees are great if you’re looking for small talk, however service is another thing. Ive been stood up at a meeting I had set and when I showed up I was told they called off; no courtesy call or anything, I’ve been lied to about 3 different inquiries over the years. When I went in to get farther information, I was told it’s “still processing”. Read all fine print and don’t just trust the word of an employee

Member for 35+ years. Was told I was approved for an auto loan and at the last minute told me they couldn’t do the loan because of mileage. They wasted 4 days of my time and the sellers time gathering paperwork!

The people are very helpful. But when the bank is closed, your money won't get deposited into your account. Not direct deposit, not refunds from stores, nothing.

LCFC is not my main bank so a few months after I opened the account,
I had some questions and issues. Jarrod is awesome. He was extremely thorough and took all the time I needed to answer questions. And he resolved all of my concerns. Thanks for the great customer service.

The branch manager Kristin is one of the greatest people and professionals ever.
She does so much to help accomplish your financial goals.
She is absolutely above and beyond all others.

Why is it so hard to get someone to just answer the phone? Unresponsive and extremely poor customer service every time. I make it a point to visit the Jefferson branch, but unfortunately live on the east side of town and at times, have had to use this branch. I leave every single time displeased.

In spite of poor account security practices (ie never asking for identification beyond your account number when you were withdrawing money), we used to love this small town credit union....until we tried to pull our own money out of our savings account to buy a house. Suddenly, we couldn't touch our own cash for 5 FREAKING DAYS because the people who had to authorize it were out of the office!! Then we closed our accounts due to relocation. 2 MONTHS AFTER account closure, they were contacting me for "money I owed them" from a debit charge that should have been posted 5 MONTHS PRIOR that they supposedly "just found during an audit". I'm sorry, what bank on planet earth closes someone's account, tells them everything is zero balance, and then starts hounding them for money for a charge that THEY missed that is 5 months old Do NOT do business with these people!

While the staff is always super friendly, this bank will nickel and dime you. $1.50 to use your debit card? And if funds get low in checking they automatically move money from savings to checking then charge you for it. The mobile banking app is a joke, and If you like paying to use your own money this is a bank for you. Would never recommend this bank to anyone.
