I was a victim of a scam caller that used the One Call Center number to call me.. They ended up taking every penny I had from all three accounts. I was a crying mess, but Lake City's STELLAR call center and Auburn branch ladies took the most amazing care of me. The Customer Protection Services team had my issues resolved and money back in my accounts within 24 hours. Customer Service is everything!

Hours are not typical banking hours so it is confusing to try to remember. As a non customer I have found it difficult to cash a check written to me drawn off their bank on multiple occasions. These reasons alone would keep me from banking there. I expect a bank that I deal with be friendly and curtious to not only myself but anyone I may write a check to.

Most of the ladies are wonderful to work with but the lady with the short brown hair is terribley rude. She acts like she you’re a bother to her and I’ve witnessed her be rude to other employees as well. Other than her, the place is wonderful!

Everything takes twice as long to deposit and twice as long with the pending transactions. My other bank does not have this problem. Not a fan of the customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.
