The 4 of us had a great time in this house! It was a perfect size for 4. The beds were all comfy. There is always hot water. We did laundry. We rode on the canoe and made a fire one night! 🔥 it was a relaxing perfect place for our little reunion. Sam responds quickly to all my questions. He's an excellent host! I highly recommend this place to escape city life! 😀 oh! And we love Clarence the cat! He enjoys fires and belly rubs!

My family needed a place at the last minute due to my Grandmother passing away. It was so nice that I didn’t have any worries staying here during this time. It is a beautiful home that is well taken care of. Most importantly, it was clean!! I am a fanatic about cleanliness and I felt comfortable here. The owner is great to work with and always available. The best part is Clarence the cat. He is such a sweetheart. Even if you don’t like cats, you will love Clarence. It is right on the water with a nice covered dock, kayaks, and so much more I wish we would have had time to enjoy. We will be back one day soon.

Beautiful home! We stayed here during my son’s wedding at Pine Hill Plantation. It was perfect for our group of 6. It felt like home away from home. Very clean, spacious, and lots of small details that made our stay much
easier. We enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evenings and in the mornings. Samuel was very easy to communicate with! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (the back patio made a good photo spot for us! )

This stay was great…one of the BEST VRBO/AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The place was clean and very accommodating to my family of 4 (could comfortably sleep 6). We didn’t get to make full use of the fire pit out back but wood was available and we were encouraged to use it! We did make use of the ping pong table on the back porch. The owner lives next door and was very kind. He text me on my way down with all the info I needed. We were down for a fishing tournament with my son. As my son and I were prepping the boat to leave, he came out to encourage us and gave us a gift. WE WILL BE BOOKING HERE AGAIN!

Wonderful weekend getaway! The house was not only adorable but it was beautifully decorated and well equipped! Very clean and comfortable! We loved the dock and screened in porch! The fire pit was perfect for watching the sunset and hanging out too late…lol! We will miss the Georgia sunrise and Clarence the cat the most! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for vacation and it was lovely! The house is nice, cozy, and plenty of room for us, our 3 kids, and large dog. We loved sitting on the dock looking at the water and even got to see a little alligator! Clarence the cat is cute and friendly as can be- he was the icing on the cake. Samuel was a great host and answered us immediately when we had a question. Would recommend to anyone 👍
