Beware of moving to Lakeside At Arbor Place Apartments. Prior to my move in date, I paid an initial first month's rent as well as a deposit. I secured my move in date online and a week prior to that date, I was advised that my cabinets needed repair and it could take 30 to 45 days. I had no choice but to settle for a smaller apartment because I needed to move by the date originally specified. Not even two weeks after my lease term began, a bullet riddled through my bedroom as I was lying in bed! This bullet punctured not only the wall from the outside, but scraped the ceiling and was lodged into my bedroom closet. I could’ve died or been seriously injured from this incident alone. I had to speak with police, investigators, and etc before even fully settling into my new home. You are also charged monthly for pest control within this community, but you must call prior to "put yourself on the list" & request a pest control appointment. Trash/sewage fees are set to increase when there is only one dumpster within the complex and it is all the way at the front entrance. Fast forward to February of this year. I received an incentive award from my employer. This package was delivered to our complex locker on February 4th, 2025. To my surprise, I went to retrieve the package and it was not there. I assumed this was an error and checked each day after for a week. Still nothing! I proceeded to reach out to the leasing office in reference to this package. The property manager, Kimberly, reviewed the camera footage from inside of the package room for me. She advised that someone with a red hoodie was seen taking the package that UPS had just delivered for me. This person was not myself. Apparently they did not use any code to enter the locker. They were able to piggyback off of the door that had not yet closed from the UPS delivery driver. I was told that I would receive a follow up from this incident and that it was being forwarded to the corporate office for Lakeside At Arbor Place. The follow up never came. I went to visit the office to inquire more. Kimberly advised that they were not able to make out who the thief was, but that the merchant for my package should’ve been able to provide me with a refund. Why are mail carriers required to deliver packages into our locker if it is not a secure location? Why is my employer responsible for refunding or replacing an item that was meant for me and delivered to my complex facility? Not to mention, this is a gated community. The gate has been open and fully accessible to the public sporadically for several months now. Initially moving here, I made several complaints about my upstairs neighbor and excessive noise. Nothing has changed with this incident either. The newest leasing agent called me on January 29th to confirm my move out date. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease here. I will not now, or ever, live in Lakeside At Arbor Place Apartments again! Consider giving your money to a complex that appreciates it. This one is NOT IT!

So far it’s ok, besides my noisy neighbor upstairs, and I think someone stole my cat after I had her for almost 12 yrs. I like my apartment. It’s roomy but my master bedroom is pretty small. And I wish they had done some kinda upgrade to the place, especially since the rent increased from the time I applied, but I did some myself-looks a lot better. And I need a new dishwasher, the one they left doesn’t clean the dishes at all. Overall it’s been ok so far !!

Tomichella was very friendly and helpful. She stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop about what was going on.. She also explained the details of the apartment and what would be done to correct certain things that were wrong with the apartment since it was an older unit that they decided to rent.

I do not ever recommend living here. This place is money hungry. Living here has been horrible and the worst apartment I’ve had. There’s so many spider webs inside and outside of the apartment along with other bugs. Maintenance services are very slow you will literally have to call them daily for someone to come out and fix your problem. The bathrooms are very outdated as they claim to be renovated. The stairs are trashy as well. During my move out process they stated that my carpet was damaged with oil and dirt. I’ve only stayed a year with no pets and no company and can’t seem to figure out how that’s possible. Also they claim it will be a “small fee” like people have money to just give out. They also include major additional fees for the final bill so be aware. There are many other apartments in the area that are much better. It’s not worth living here.

I love living here the office ladies are amazing shout out to all of them especially Tomichella!! 🤗and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful if your looking for a place to stay this place is definitely it!!

My boyfriend and I are literally shocked. We were supposed to have moved in by now. When my boyfriend got into the apartment for the first time there were literally roaches crawling around and a crack on the roof. The toilet was broken and the tub was so nasty. The place was literally equivalent to a run-down trap house. Whoever runs this complex clearly doesn't care to maintain it and only wants your money.This place is truly despicable. The fact that they have the nerve to list those apartments as for being for rent and no one had the decency to go and check the building out. They clearly don't care about people. So disgusting and truly inhumane.

I will not recommend this Apartment complex to anyone! This place is infested with roaches, in which I am paying for pest control. They allow kids to loiter and vandalize these apartments without any concern, They expect us to call the police when we feel unsafe about unauthorized guest on the property instead of taking actions into their own hands. The property is full of trash. Its like they don't inspect the property for cleanliness. Individuals run around all day and night with mask on smoking marijuana, shooting dice and making guest feel unsafe. The rent is already too high and to feel that my safety and freedom is being compromised because of the lack of care from the management team. Then has the audacity to raise the rent! Ridiculous!
