Great experience. Arrived on a Saturday night and only had to wait 10 minutes versus the Mend down the street was a two hour wait. Dr Jon Peric was fantastic. Efficient, competent and super positive. The medical assistant Lynette, was equally professional. The entire staff had a kind and positive vibe - just what one needs when not feeling well. Highly recommended. Thanks to everyone For a job well done.

I usually don't leave reviews, but the woman at the front desk said that I could not pay out of pocket to have my 8-year-old son's ear looked at, and this was in front of him. He was distraught. We have insurance; however, they did not accept it. Understandable, so I offered not to go through insurance and to pay the fee, and she rudely said, "But I know you have insurance, and you can't pay to be seen here." This makes no sense because they accept patients with no insurance willing to pay out of pocket, but she said that would be lying because, again, she knew we had insurance. She advised me to take my son to the emergency room. Instead, I went to Providence Urgent Care, which is located at the hospital across from the emergency room, where the doctors welcomed my son, allowed me to pay out of pocket without hesitation, diagnosed him, and had us out of there within ten minutes.

This lady who works for Lakeside does not deserve to work in the health industry. This was pure laziness, and the urgent care was utterly empty. My son was in tears. Good riddance.

We are the only ones here and no one else in the lobby like zero or treatment rooms no one as we walk through the halls and it took almost an hour for the doctor assistant not even the doctor on staff to come in. While my mother is in serious pain his bedside manner was less then stellar. First time we are experiencing this kind of delays. After two hours 80 year old mother is pacing the room and halls waiting for treatment. I then follow up with the nurses and they are sitting around chitchatting so I asked politely can she please be treated for the pain. One of the nurses say yes we will. Another 40 mins past and nothing. I will surely get names and note this. I get if the lobby is full of people but really. Unbelievable truly!

Lazy or stoned reception team, bathrooms are subpar unless it’s the one staff uses.
No hand soap nor Lysol spray in the bathroom patients are directed to use. Advised reception but they said it’s an ongoing problem and that I should just go back to waiting. If I hadn’t made a fuss they would not have directed me to the other bathroom, clearly stowed away for staff and fully stocked. For a $30 copay plus additional undisclosed billing they send after your visit and accept only in cash or VISA payment they should be able to get a store brand antibacterial soap and a disinfecting room spray for their sick patients

Arrived 5 minutes before opening and the wait time to be called in was very short. Absolutely amazing and knowledgeable Dr Marianne Nicolette Verma provided the best care ever. There are very few doctors like her in California. Thank you very much, Dr!

Thank you to all the staff for providing amazing service to me and my family. We’ve been going here for a while now and let me just say it is the best urgent care I’ve been to in the area. They are very professional and clean. Wait times depends on how many are waiting but overall it is worth it 100%.

I felt awful when I went in. They said I should just use over the counter meds. I had to go to ER two hours later to get relief of my sinus infection. I highly recommend RUNNING AWAY from this place. Do Not waste your time and money!

I have always had such a good experience at this urgent care. The nurses are always nice and attentive and patient when I bring my toddler for care. They always take their time with her and explain everything to her and I.
The doctors are always thorough and make sure to understand exactly what’s going wrong. 10/10 recommend this urgent care if it’s in your network!
