Really poor communication skills. Spoke directly with Michael on the phone and explained my situation and needs, did not hear back for a week in spite of a promise to contact me shortly thereafter. I made attempts to contact every single day and was mostly sent immediately to voicemail. In fairness, my application fee was refunded but my time wasted was not.

On 7/22/24, I was notified by Michael Lambros that someone was fraudulently using my identity (social security number and a doctored driver's license) to try to rent property through their company. I am so relieved that Michael was able to see red flags in the process and took the extra step to reach out to me via social media to inform me of what was going on. I work very hard to maintain great credit and it would be awful if someone were to fraudulently ruin what I work so hard for. I highly recommend Michael and Lambros Property Management for being such an ethical and diligent company. Thank you so much!!!

I wanted you to know that I've had a very pleasant two months since you've been my property manager. First of all, I want to mention that you came highly recommended to me from a neighbor's friend who was very impressed with you finding him a quality tenant. I've been a landlord for 31 years and what he said resonated with me. Something that I've learned and all seasoned landlords know is the most critical part of this business is finding quality tenants. During my tenure as a landlord I had been successful finding quality tenants, but finding a tenant this time for one of my desirable properties had become difficult. What normally took three days had stretched out to over a month without a tenant. Fortunately, I took the step to contact you and within two weeks you found me a quality tenant, just in time for the upcoming month. Your screening process and updates on perspective tenants were appreciated. The tenants happily moved in without any problems.

During your process of finding me the tenant, I sensed that you had a gift for this business and decided you would be perfect to manage another property of mine. This tenant had been with me for over three years and was understandably reluctant to change over to a property manager. After meeting with the tenant a second time we successfully transitioned the second rental property under your management.

You especially impressed me with your in-depth knowledge, thoroughness, energy and sensitivity- all important qualities to be successful in this business. You have a fantastic system keeping me notified of all our transactions. It is such a relief having a seasoned/ talented professional managing my properties. When I decided to transition from self-management to a PM I really looked high and low...went through 5 before I found Michael Lambros...I truly lucked out. My 10-year tenant was moving on and the home needed updating...Michael handled everything...final walkthrough, scheduling contractors, etc. Michael dealt with it all...a blessing to me!!! He kept me fully updated by phone calls and the on-line portal - very easy to use. Michael was able to re-rent the home at a significantly higher rent rate...whoo hoo! Michael is extremely professional and personable. I will turn another home over to him next year and another the year after. Kuddos to him and his team!!!

I trusted Lambros Property Management on many older, more experienced and more bigger Property Management companies while handing over 2 of my properties for rental purpose. Initially, I was a little bit shaky and sceptical but the way Lambros did their job was remarkable and now I am proud of my choice and having peace of mind.
