If I could give a 0 star I would. The lender in Shreveport Louisiana Tricia kept lying to us the entire process. Had to call the corporate office to find out what was going on. The closing happened two weeks late. If she just would have communicated what was going on it would have been okay. But she kept saying “we are close hopefully tomorrow”. Well that was not the case. Then there was Adam who is in Florida who had his hand in the pot which almost busted the deal. In 28 years of being in real estate I would never ever recommend this company for your lending needs. They don’t get along within their company which means how will they work for you. Find another lender
