I can't even give this company 1 star... HORRIBLE.. No accoutability.
I believe money is being scammed from the home owners. We haven't had an audit or accountability in our neighborhood in over 3 years. I believe lawyers need to be involved and get an audit done on these books, because they are not tending to the neighborhoods at all. Our entrance lights haven't worked in 2 years. No landscaping at all. Just barely mowing.. This company needs a review. I hear there are already law-suits.

Absolutely the worst management company ever!!! I have emailed our person in charge several time and not one reply or phone call back. It seems as if the only person they do anything for is the developer in the neighborhood. Money seems to be constantly mismanagement from the HOA homeowners. One time they said they were going to pay for the developer lots to be mowed out of the annual dues that everybody pays and get the money back from the developer at a later date, really what the heck!! No such thing as a annual meeting from this company because they have no idea what our bylaws state. If you call them questioning the way they are running the finances, they deem you being rude and put you on the naughty list and refuse to take your calls or reply back to you. If you are looking for a management company you’d be better of going to the local daycare and finding a happy baby to run the operation instead of this place. So please look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Landmark Real Estate are the worst HOA/POA. Never hire them! They will not return calls or emails. When you sell your property they sneak a $110 fee in at closing. According to owner Brooks it's for countless hours they spend explaining all the benefits to the new home owners. What a joke. I have letters sent to Congressmen Burn and Attorney General. Beware of these unscrupulous individuals.

This is the management company chosen by DR Horton and Truland that runs all of the HOA's during development. There are no financial statements, introductions, votes or meetings with the ACTUAL members.They hold all of the voting rights for the HOA and will not give up this position unless forced in court to do so because they are taking the dues under the pretense of "providing service." They give as little service as possible and do not respond unless there are repeated requests. Their accounting practices are shady at best. This is truly the worst management company I have ever heard of. I fully expect the money they have collected has been embezzled.

Cannot get a response. I have been trying to contact someone via emails and voicemails and no one will return a call

Finally got a response from the general manager BROOKS LYONS. Now I see where the employees get their unprofessional attitudes and their lack of caring for anything. He is 100% the type of boss you dont want. He can not respond to any question you have without some type of sarcasm. He is a very rude human being who acts like he knows it all until you start asking questions then proceeds to say he doesnt know and doesnt know the ins and outs to HOA. And hes over the people here and doesnt know anything asked? Really?! How can a company stay open and run correctly if no one knows anything going on and the only time you hear from them is when they want money BUT cant get anything done around the neighborhood with the money that's been paid?!

We have not received our HOA paper statement for the new year, also we have never received a yearly report on the receipts and expenses for our homeowners to see where our money is going !!!

I Never can get anyone to answer the phone, I've been trying to get in touch with them for over a month now and have left several voicemails and still no luck trying to get approval to build my privacy fence built.
