Landon was critical in our home buying process. He helped in aspects regarding the loan, the overall process outside of the loan, and he provided emotional support when things weren’t going as planned. He went above and beyond to assure us that we would make it to the finish line. We had a last minute hurdle come up (literally the day before closing) and he went to work, undeterred and confident that he’d find a solution. He did and we closed on time! Really appreciate his patience and hard work – even when he was on vacation! His team was tremendous at communicating as well.
