Now that I’ve closed and gotten my mortgage underway and under contract. I will leave my opinion and rating based on my opinion now that it won’t influence anything or the help I receive.

I feel like in my opinion, I was left on the back burner and I wasn’t exactly prioritized, I feel like I had to bring up issues like locking in rates, asking about buy downs and several other things. These were not explained to me until I asked about them or did something to beg the issue. I feel like the best review I can leave is an average one. I don’t feel like it deserves a 5 star review nor a 1 star review.
