We are so pleased with our new Lennar home and the Highbridge community in which we are living.
From the very beginning of our process in purchasing our new home, our realtor Ronnie Holliman was a Rock star! He provided all the information we needed and his guidance into the process made it so easy. We purchased our home in Crandall, Texas while still living in Sidney, Nebraska. We did everything online and by phone.
Our next and the most valuable person we met, was Ernie Guereque, our mortgage lender. Ernie was a wealth of information and knowledge. He guided us through every step of the entire journey. He answered every question and he gave us the answers and insight to complete the application in a timely manner. Donna Lane also assisted with the process and was a great asset to the Lennar Team. Once the application reached Tammy Jeter, the Escrow officer, she executed the documents with extreme ease and made closing on our home efficiently and effectively.
Ronnie Holliman did the walk through of our home for us and made sure everything was completed.
We have lived in our home 6 weeks now, we have been blessed with wonderful neighbors and a beautiful home! Lennar made our move from Nebraska to Texas a successful decision, the best decision thanks to the Lennar Family!!!

My experience with Lennar & the team re: the house purchase was very easy and fast to my surprise. This is a great company to work with. They made everything as easy as possible for us to own our new home, I would recommend them to everyone. I love the ability to use signing online and not having to spend hours filling out paperwork in an office somewhere. They are very easy to work with, if we had questions they answered back quickly.
