I was on retainer with Lexington Law for over a year, when I wanted to cancel in August, they offered me "2 last months of discounted services" so that we could "get my cases across the finish line"

I fully regret taking them up on that offer

They told me we couldn't make any more progress on my case without my required action, meaning all the work on their end had been paused until my required action was completed

Without my required action, there would be no more work to be done

They CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME IN FULL ANYWAYS, even after letting me know they had hit a wall and could not render any more services on their end without my REQUIRED ACTION

Which then would ABSOLUTELY CONFIRM to anyone considering working with Lexington Law, that this is a scam, they'll charge you even if there is no work being done on their end, and then they'll even make you pay a final payment just to make sure that nail is fully driven in the coffin as a HUGE thank you for a YEAR of trusting them

If you get Shantel as a paralegal in chat, make sure you ask for someone else

I am disappointed thoroughly in ever having to say I partnered with Lexington Law for over a year, and they ended it treating me like absolute garbage

Charging me hundreds of dollars for services they TOLD ME they could not render unless I took a REQUIRED ACTION I did not take, and still charged me anyways, great work!!

I used them for 2 years thinking my credit was being fixed over $200 a month and nothing I want to find them and choke all my money out of them they need to be punished big time I started banking with chime and in 1 year my credit score has gone up 133 points but Lexington law is a joke

Please save yourself the time, energy, and money. This place is a scam. I don’t know how they are still running. They charged me $100 for subscription and then when I canceled ten days in they told me I had to pay $40 for the service that they provided in those ten days. What exactly did yall provide for me? It’s an absolute scam. Still paid it because they threatened to send me to collections. DO NOT DO IT. THIS IS A SCAM. Please beware.

Lexington law is by far the worse, Lexington law created me a portal to keep up with the status of my disputes, I was told that 3 items had been removed from my credit report. Upon checking through Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union the items still remain I called and spoke with a paralegal and she recommended giving the items a few days to clear off. I waited and still was unsatisfied the item was still showing so I canceled month later a charge for 35$ and $19.95 was charged to my account called my bank to dispute and couldn’t because I was told it’s garnishment charges Lexington law never had these items removed honestly didn’t do anything to improve my credit but I was told the charges was for the work that had been done 😒 (Poor)

This company did absolutely nothing, for me; but take my money. My credit report got worse. I was with them, for 8months. They got one item removed, which they were responsible for it being; put on my credit ,in the first place. So really they shouldn't get credit for that one negative item. The main negative item, I wanted them to resolved. They never resolved it. I signed up with this company, because I was told they were efficient. That was an enormous lie!! Well at least, it was for me. They also, gave me a hard time , about canceling my subscription.

Okay.. I think your credit has to be significantly bad in order to see the good from LL. I had Okay credit .. 1-4 things that could actually be removed. They removed one… and after that wound up sending my credit to the ground. LL does not have a systematic approach to sending letters. They send out letters for items that have already been removed and wind up awakening the debt collector to RE REPORT the debt to the credit bureaus. This happened 2x for me.. got an item removed and bc they kept blindly sending letters the collection agency actually rereported it after it had been dormant for months. My score fell 80+ points into the high 500s. 2nd time the first item they got removed came back on with a letter from the credit bureau stating no sufficient evidence was supplied when removing and it was going back on..killed my score lower than what it started on the program with. If you enroll and they remove some items PAUSE and evaluate your membership from there.

I was skeptical but Love this service, I love the app it's very very informative and convenient. The price $24 a month is great. They got one negative item off my credit within 2 months of signing up. That's lightening fast for those who don't know. I would recommend this to anyone and I have. I love the fact that I can see my credit scores, FICO, and my entire credit report in a summarized version. I know how to fix my own credit but wanted to delegate to save time. And trust me I'm a very hard critic when a service is bad.

Lexington law firm is a great company they have removed. Numerous of items off my credit that was stopping me from proceeding with my future I having for children and nine grandkids to establish a foundation for us to live on. Lexington did it before and will do it again Thanks Lexington for you guidance.♥️
