Rented this place from Lexington Management AKA AIA Real Estate.

Pro: Location. Close to a lot of great restuarants and breweries

Con: MANAGEMENT is AWFUL. Marisa and Andrejes. We lived there for 2 years because we could not afford to move out after our lease for the first year was up. We lived on the first floor of this house. The floors are uneven ALL OVER. In the kitchen, in the bathroom (which is SO SMALL), both bedrooms and in the living room. The house is old so the doors are not up to current code and size. The concrete stairs in the back of the house were ruined about a year into us living there and we had requested the repair but was NEVER done. The place came without blinds in most of the rooms. There was only gravel in the back for parking. There was only enough space for 3 vehicles. We ended up parking in the grass next to the gravel because the management was too CHEAP to add additional gravel to make a parking spot. The toilet wasnt bolted down when we moved in and it took them over a week and mutiple phone calls for this to even happen. We sent them a list of things that the apt did not have and we included that there were not blinds. Our pipes were burping about 6 months into us living there and again, it took over a week for someone to come in to FIX THEM.

We did not renew the lease for 2020-2021 for obvious reasons. Then the pandamic hit. They were doing apartment showings IN PERSON while the pandemic was happening. We always got less than a 24hr notice of apartment showings. I get that people are need to move but that is why there are VIRTUAL TOURS.

Then we received our deposit back and those cheapskates who barely lifted a finger to repair anything CHARGED us for cleaning and putting in BLINDS that were NOT even there when we moved in! I knew this was coming as our previous neighbors told us that Andrejes Vape were charging them with things they did not even do! But to see that they had the audacity to charge us for blinds that werent even there made me livid! So I did what any regular person did and I emailed them telling them they needed to refund us back our deposit they kept. Also, they never email. They always like to call you. So that you do not have a paper trail of their incompetance.

Conclusion: DO NOT RENT FROM LEXINGTON MANAGMENT AKA AIA REAL ESTATE. They are sketchy people who do not care about their residents and only care about keeping money flowing in their pockets!
