The two women at the window had no clue what they were doing, they claimed my ID was not in the system despite the fact it hasn't changed and I have banked with Liberty for over 20 years. It literally took them 15 minutes to enter information because they kept messaging up

The Princeton ETFCU was excellent and provided help when it was my first time banking, the Evansville one was a little judge especially for my third time ever going to the bank let alone withdrawing money.
