Property owners, avoid this office as much as possible. ZERO star is more than enough for this office. they never check the property, there job just to collect the money and detect their portion. Never follow up with tenants or maintain the property. My property was totaled, no human being can live in the property they managed. actually, NO managements just money collectors. Avoid. Avoid...Avoid.

Don’t waste your money or time. Paid $50 per application. The manager refused to come out to show us the place. We had already paid the app fee and been approved but she still refused to make the drive out to show us the inside of the apartment. We are only allowed to view the inside AFTER we have signed a one year lease and put down half of the deposit. Doesn’t make any sense. We should be allowed to view the apartment after we have been approved. She told us there’s a visual tour online and if we wanted to we can see if one of the tenants in the apartment complex will open the gate for us to peak through the windows. Imagine renting from them and something breaks and you have to call to get it repaired, it’ll be such a headache.
