So I want to start this off by saying that I don't usually do any reviews. I'm just not that type of person. But I definitely want to leave a review for Liberty Property Management. Reason being is I've worked with them for years now. I was with them for a good three or four years, a couple, few years ago. But I ended up moving because of work and things like that. And I came back in the area and the first person or the first company I called was Liberty Property Management. And they offered me a couple of different locations and i found one i liked and locked it in. what I'm most happy about is anytime that I've had a situation, they've responded back to me so fast. They either called me, texted me, or showed up to address the situation within 24 hours and came up with a solution within that time frame. For example my kitchen sink was leaking and they had a team at my house by the next morning to fix the issue. And I've rented a lot of properties. And I've worked with a lot of different people. But I've never had anyone be so on top of it. And it's very much appreciated. And it makes me feel good as one of the tenants for this company.

I just had my kidney shaped inground pool demo and I am very pleased with the outcome. Liberty Property LLC. was quick to come out and give me a quote, A RESONABLE QUOTE! My biggest concern was removing the pool without damaging the existing concrete surrounding the pool and Glenn did just that. The concrete guys were very happy to cap it with concrete as Glenn made their work very easy to complete.
I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. They were quick and clean.
Thank you Liberty Property Mgmt. I have been wanting to get this done FOREVER.

We experienced a death in the family and among the many issues to resolve was a 50-year-old mobile home. Following a clean out of all items and attempts to sell, demolition was the only recourse. Glenn Miller of Liberty Property Management was contacted along with three other businesses. He was patient, professional, skilled in communication, quite reasonable in cost, and had excellent suggestions. The guidance we received in this unchartered venture made it easy to select Liberty to handle the demolition. We signed an easy-to-understand estimate stating all work to be done. A convenient date was selected that did not require our attendance, and "before and after" photos would be provided prior to payment. A week before the demolition was to occur an offer too good to refuse was made to buy the mobile home. Glenn and Liberty understood, and the contract was quickly cancelled with no remittance expected. It is odd to say this is one effort we wish we could have seen completed. Recently moved to Florida and had two properties up here I wanted to keep, but didn't really trust anyone to maintain them and act on my behalf. After I tested one company and found out I was being charged for unnecessary repairs and repairs that were never actually completed I came across Liberty Property Management. After speaking with Renee I was truly amazed and impressed. I loved how knowledgeable she was and her compassion was beautiful. I've met Glenn a handful of times and you can tell he truly loves what he does. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys so much.

Great company & nice people to work with. We hired them to tear down a garage, deck and large concrete pad. Glen did everything strategically and made sure everything was perfect. He left no mess and graded our yard as well as seeded. I didn’t expect it to look “great” seeing as how ugly and lumpy the yard was previously but he made it look amazing. Thanks Glen & Josh you guys are awesome.

I want to personally thank Renee and Glenn. They have been extremely professional in every aspect of their promises and fulfillment of my expectations. I had searched numerous other property management companies and was mortified by most. One in particular was Property Boss which tried to entice me by slamming Liberty Property management. They had to many doors that they couldn't seem to manage so how would they manage my property? Liberty Property management was able to meet my budget and quite literally did more than I could afford at the time due to COVID related issues. I have never had to wait for a response to a question. I even offered to tip one of their employees and they politely refused and said it was their pleasure to assist. I highly recommend them. Thank you again Renee and Glenn. Please don't move here they will not fix any apartment issues.. they will give you the run around . Apartments not up to code as well as there are a lot of fire hazards. I received 22 stitches because they put a glass door the wrong way in my building . I have put my maintenance request in 2022 still no work was done on my apartment.

Glenn did excellent demo work for us taking down a large sunroom and deck and removing an old patio. All work was completed as discussed and in a timely fashion. With less than ideal access to the area where the project was being completed we couldn't be happier with the end results! Highly recommend Glenn!
