I previously worked for LPM. I have nothing but great things to say. I felt like they really care about their employees. Upper management was a pleasure to deal with. The HR department is very supportive. The owner is hands on and stays on top of the numbers. The Regional Manager was great also. I felt like the work/life balance was perfect. If I ever needed anything the team was knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to help out. I watched many people grow within the company.
I moved out of state or I would’ve stayed with LPM. If you want a very well organized company that truly cares, go to Lighthouse.
