We have been a fan of this company for years now. Any concerns regarding one of our properties has always been addressed quickly and very professional. The women in the office have always been very helpful, courteous, and kind. We couldn't express enough our ability to relax knowing they are in charge. All issues that have ever come up have been dealt with in a prompt manner to resolve the situation. Kathleen is a smart, caring , lovely woman that ALWAYAS tries to resolve any situation in a fair and respectful manner to all.. What more could you ask for? We enjoy working with all of them, and look forward to more years.

Very unprofessional with the way they handle clients. Definitely will not recommend anyone to this management. After signing the lease and them going over looking through the paperwork and signing it after and handing the keys I then received a call 2 hours later with a lady yelling threatening to call the police because there were 2 other occupants that were written in the papers that they some how didn’t see although they looked through the paperwork and signed the agreement. The way they conducted themselves regarding the situation was humiliating not only to them but to the whole company itself. After I was apologizing numerous times they still spoke disrespectful towards me and were not understanding towards the situation. All in all don’t waste your time and money going through Lipson. I have never had an issue with rental properties until I put my trust and money into them. Never will I do business or refer anyone to their office.

This company has very poor management in their office and very poor on site management. A company who cannot mange well cannot provide adequate services to owners or renters. Customer service is terrible as a result, Diane forgets what she tells customers and when one goes above and beyond to provide contact information it is misplaced and then theirs lack of communication and she says you never provided a follow up or contact information. It is your management properties responsibility to provide safe housing and follow through with repairs that cause a hazard in a timely manner or hire an on site manager that has the authority to do that for them. Beware of this company, properly document everything, and don’t be afraid to contact your local housing authority or the better business bureau to mediate and resolve valid issues.

We have been renting from lipson management company going on 6 years now and we only have good things to say about everyone that works in this company, Kathleen, Diane and her husband Bobby. Denae and the other girls that also works there. Everytime I needed something need fixing, all I had to do is just one phone call, and it's done the same day. They're very compassionate and considerate people and caring.
Unfortunately we need to move, the owner of the house we're renting is selling the property. But lipson management is helping us to find another rental that we can afford and safe area for me and my husband. I'm praying they'd find one otherwise I will miss everyone at lipson property management office.

my Dad passed away so i had to pay for his creammation and i got laid off so i fell behind by a month on my rent. i took them in a payment and said i would be in on the 10th and then the 24 to make payments and get caught up and she said no and they evicted me. i lived there for 2 yrs and always paid my rent with no problems. Very heartless people! what was i supposed to do just let my Dad lay there and rot! not to mention i call them about a leak in wall and they came and fixed it 3 months later and never did light my heater!

These people are the lazy and possibly crooked. They use family members for repairs no license contractors until I complained ands that's if I received a call back. I have several unanswered emails 2 several things that were never fixed. I complained and a month to the date of my lease expiring on the 15th of December 2015 they served me with a 30 day. Really right before Christmas. Said I could not renew lease. Every month rent was paid they fixed nothing. .so if your looking for a house 31134 Rd 132,Visalia don't rent this one. It's a fire hazard house almost caught on fire after telling them over and over again via email. I have those emails if you don't believe me to show proof the house is dangerous. . They don't return calls I requested to speak with owner and provided my number so I could tell them we would fix no out of pocket because guess what my son in law is a licensed electrician instead they send Joe sh moe and refused to allow them until they provided there license needless to say they left instead.

I've been renting with Lipson for 5 years. They take care of the property where my family and I are living and answer to all maintenance requests in a timely manner. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend renting with Lipson.

I was their tenant for two years (2019~2021)
The management is very unprofessional with the way they handle clients.
I had problem with A/C Unit but they did not fixed it.
When I taught my students the A/C didn't work, so it was always 83°
inside the building.
Do not rent here.
