Let me say two things:

(1) I've been with State Farm Insurance for almost 30 years and honestly, they take care of business!

(2) The staff at Lisa Simmons Agency "are" the main reason I haven't wondered about seeking if I can find a lower price with another provider.

They have become family over the years. Through good and bad, passing of a loved ones, engagements, graduations, , moving into a new home, the pandemic, and remote working, when you find a team that works for you like the brother, uncle, and nephew they didn't know that had - why leave.

Thank you for all the years past and looking forward to the years ahead.

I’ve had my policy here with Lisa Simmons for years now, and I can honestly say, my dealings with this office have been one of the most positive customer service experiences that I’ve ever had. I’ve met with Lisa personally, and she has been an absolute joy to deal with. Reasonable, and very accommodating when I needed it.
