I work at a competing CU. My CU/employer is about the size of Listerhill but they took a bit too long to give me the approval I needed on a time crunch. We went in to the Listerhill in Haleyville; we were approved, booked/funded within an hour. My kids were acting absolutely insane that day and the manager was completely understanding and patient. He didn’t bat an eye. Everyone we interacted with was super nice and efficient!

Honestly some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. I moved Six hours away from the closest branch and I still bank with them. They’ve been able to handle all of my needs over the phone perfectly.
