Mark, from Live Oak Mortgage worked diligently on getting our loan serviced and approved through underwriting. He walked us through every step of the way and did an amazing job! Since my wife and I have our own business, the process was a little bit different and more arduous; but Mark did a fantastic job working with us and even foreseeing some of the requirements prior to underwriting! I cannot recommend him enough, not to mention the others who also aided in the entire process! Great team to work with!!!!

John Adams was so very helpful. Originally I wanted a Heloc. but John advised us we would be better off with a refinance. We took his advice and successfullyu closed our loan at a much lower rate.
