Tania was amazing. My homeowners insurance was
cancelled after a mini claim and a bigger claim in my 32 years with the former company and she and I had contacted everyone we could think of without success. She persevered and found coverage. It's more expensive, but provides coverage when I was on the verge of having no insurance. Only because you can't give ZERO stars, I have to give 1. We'll looking at these reviews, I'm CONVINCED these are NOT ALL REAL REVIEWS, my EXPIRIENCE has been NONE of this, started in MAY, I still haven't gotten a QUOTE. I was being PROACTIVE, Checking out possible rates, as I currently have AAA, just wanted to know if I could get a more economical rate, I called and it started there, gave my name, my first name can be difficult to pronounce, so I prefer last name, well the young lady KEPT mispronouncing my name AFTER I CONTINUOUSLY ASKED to just address me by my last name , which is professional, we're not friends, this is a business transaction. Looked past that, I just wanted to try out an entity affiliated with my bank, hey and it's local... apparently that was a HORRIFIC mistake. So appointment set, appointment COMES AND GOES, NO COMMUNICATION I HAD TO REACH OUT SEVERAL TIMES,finally ALMA , got back to me, something about she was out of office, FINE , I'm a Healthcare worker, I DEFINITELY understand people getting sick etc... well she NEVER, nor ANYONE else ever reached out, let's fast forward to today ( I reached out to my bank before today got advice to speak with supervisor, then call back if no favorable outcome) so I call today, yep it's NOW JULY..TANYA IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, as I was giving her the history, oh she's recorded, just as I was recorded, I was doing as DIRECTED BY MY BANK TO ASK FOR SUPERVISOR, well she said she's not the supervisor, goes on to say she has lost two agents and she , out of nowhere, " won't be disrespected, WHAT MA'AM PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CALL, went on to say she answers 200 calls a day blah blah blah, DISGUSTING and 3 other Nurses heard this , as we were on a break, I told them what had been happening, GUESS WHO'S NOT PATRONIZING THIS BUSSINESS, they were stunned at Tonya's " aggressiveness... now I'm WONDERING if this is, like someone else pointed out a form of discrimination? I mean wow, no call back since MAY? I still want to speak with a supervisor 🙄 AND I WANT ALL CALLS LISTENED TO FOR TRAINING PURPOSES... THANK HEAVEN FOR CALL RECORD FEATURES!
