My experience with Leslie Long at Loan Depot was outstanding. From the moment you walk into the office, you're greeted warmly by a friendly face and offered bottled water, which immediately sets a welcoming tone.
What stood out to me was Leslie's approach to her work. She comes out of her office to personally greet you, which shows her dedication and professionalism. You can tell she has integrity—she's transparent and thorough, guiding you step by step through the mortgage process. It truly felt like she was walking me hand-in-hand through each part, making sure I fully understood everything.
Leslie’s communication skills are exceptional. I called and texted her numerous times with questions, and she always responded quickly, reassuring me and saying, “It’s OK, I’ve got this.” Her calm demeanor and expertise made me feel safe and secure throughout the entire process.
Leslie is excellent at what she does. If you're new to the area and need someone to guide you through the desert real estate process, Leslie is your person. I highly recommend her and Loan Depot for their fantastic customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Leslie!

I cannot thank Patrick Mahon and Wendy Pontius enough! Patrick is a mortgage wizard and always took time to take my calls. He explained things well and guided us through an incredibly smooth process. Wendy was excelled at communicating and emailing me right back whenever I had a question. She guided us through all the ends and outs. We were able to close in 2 weeks and a day because of their hard work and our working right along with them. So grateful to be in our forever home in the Coachella Valley and cannot thank Patrick and his team enough for their stellar service!
