I can't say enough amazing things about Angelica! She came recommended by another Realtor, who similar to me, is self-employed. If you are self-employed, you probably are figuring out that the mortgage process is more complicated than if you have a W-2 (even if you have all of your documents in order, which I did). What I needed was a broker who could educate me as well as be patient because so much of the terminology and mortgage process was new. I also wanted to feel HEARD. When you are making one of the biggest purchases of your life, feeling HEARD (and not pressured) is one of the most important things. She really heard me when I had budget concerns, and worked hard on my behalf to make the numbers work and get my condo closed on time. She even sent me an "welcome home" gift after I had moved in, which still sits in my dining room. She is amazing and FOREVER my mortgage broker!
