I would like to start off by saying I am very impressed with Longwood Property Management application process. All the requirements were straightforward , and I was able to receive answers for all of the questions I had. I am exceptionally grateful for Mr. Clayton Jones for his professionalism and patience. Being a new family we were very nervous about the rental process, but he insured he would assist us every step of the way and he kept his word. We’ve recently moved into our new home and would like to say thank again to Mr.Clayton Jones and Longwood Property Management.

We have been renting from Longwood PM does over a year now. They have always dealt with us fairly. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and professionally. Clayton inparticular is wonderful and adds the human touch that so many companies miss the mark on these days, which is extremely refreshing.

Terrible maintenance, terrible service, they have this home we’re renting in the worse shape, basement full of water and has been for months, broken fence, broken blinds/shutters, old rusty appliances, old rusty vents, very dirty moldy smell due to basement leak, amongst many other things including lack of pest control. I’ve wasted so much time and money here and on the verge of a lawsuit. Stay away from this company. They promised things would be repaired and the house cleaned up, yet they failed to do so.

Have rented in DeKalb Co since 2009 and have been a non-commercial tenant of this company since early 2019. Out of the 3 property management companies I’ve been a tenant of, this has easily been the best experience. Main supervisor Clayton Jones is very professional, personable, and focused on providing a good experience for tenants, and the same goes for other Longwood personnel I’ve communicated with from time to time. Repair visits get done quickly, within a day or so of the work order being put in, though jobs can take longer depending on what the issue is. “Quickly” as in, if you go to the website and put in a work order on a given day (after business hours, even), usually you’ll be getting a phone call from maintenance personnel within 30-40 minutes to schedule the upcoming repair visit. Maintenance Dept personnel and contractors whom I’ve met have all been easy to schedule, friendly, knowledgeable, and maintain good professional standards. And I haven’t needed that many repairs in 5 years, which is another positive. Because dealing with a non-responsive PM company is one of the most frustrating things for a tenant, it’s great to find a company like Longwood PM that communicates effectively and stays on top of things.

I’ve been living in Georgia for 8 years and been renting from Longwood Property for the last 5 years. I can honestly say they’re the best company I’ve dealt with here in Georgia. I’ve never had an issue with the company. They have no problem fixing any maintenance issues you have with their properties when you ask it of them (even if your rent is late). I definitely recommend them if you’re looking to rent a home in the area.

If you are looking for a professional property manager to rent from Clayton and Joseph of Longwood Property mgmt are your guys I just realized I have been a tenant for over 8 years. Wow that is a long time of proof of Great Services whether it’s unexpected or not they offer so many different opportunities and services…you too can become a tenant for years and I ain’t going nowhere!!!! First and foremost Clayton is as professional as they come, but.......their maintenance manager (who you never see) does not have a clue what is going on with the properties. I have been in this house for 15 months now and have not been able to use my backyard AT ALL!!!! The crew that works on these issues have no idea how to fix flooding into the homes and proper irrigation. As of right now I have water coming up from under my back room and water come in from under my backdoor. It is a wonderful morning when you wake up and have to mop up all the water after each time it rains, guess the managers don't care for the properties. If the maintenance manager was doing his job correctly he would have been out to oversee and make sure the job was done correctly........We haven't even had Spring showers start yet.......
