I've had my card locked twice in 4 months without my knowledge, no customer service, no explanation, just stranded without use of my card until the bank opens. Now I have a bunch of unauthorized charges over the weekend without the ability to tell anyone or talk to anyone until the bank opens. Online banking is weak lacks details or information on how to handle these situations after hours.very upset.

Thus is the bank of England while the bank itself is grid inside my problem is with the card. Everytime I go to use my debit online I ger a fraud call it is ridiculous in the last month I've gotten at least 18 to 20 calls on fraud that isn't fraud and is always a foreigner calling me. The fraud department is a third party that needs to changed.
