Only I small issue.... parking but that wasn't even an issue after walking in those doors and seeing what my home away from home was gonna be for the night 4-5 days

Fantastic location across from the beach, near restaurants and night life, plenty of amenities, we loved it. We went there for an anniversary get away and had a fantastic time. They even included discounts to local restaurants. We will definitely go back again.

This company makes you sign a secondary rental agreement regardless who you book through that comes with a $100 cancellation fee. We booked on VRBO which offers 100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before check in. Our circumstances changed and we canceled months in advance with this company giving ample time to re-book the property, yet they still charged a $100 cancellation fee. When we disputed it they just threw their contract at us which they force you to sign in order to book their property, and buried in the fine print, yes they have a $100 cancellation policy regardless of when you cancel. So I would warn anyone to be very careful booking with this company. Do not sign their agreement and look to find a rental with another company that doesn’t force you into a contract.
I would understand the fee if I had not given ample time for them to re-book, at the time of this post they have already re-booked the property and have not refunded the fee.

We had a wonderful time staying at Gulf Place 404 (City View) condo. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. It was exactly what the website stated and there was plenty of room for our large family of 9. This was my first time renting a condo and Lucky Bird Property Management group was helpful and informative the entire time. We will defiantly use this group again. My only regret is that we could not stay longer.

We arrived on Memorial Day to find the code that was provided did not work. It took nearly an hour for them to get a code that would work. We left that night to pick up dinner. When we got back, the provided code did not work. Luckily our wives stayed behind with the kids and let us in. The next night one of the families went out to eat and when they got back the code again did not work. Once again we were lucky that one family stayed behind. Wednesday night when we got back to the condo after having dinner, once again the code did not work. 3 of the children fell asleep outside of our door while waiting to get in. Thursday night after getting home for dinner once again the code did not work and I was stuck standing outside with a sick child throwing up all over me and the walkway. The code provided on Monday night worked all day long every day then would not work at all in the evening. Phoenix on the Bay staff was amazing. I sent an email to lucky bird and they still have yet to respond to my email. I will never use lucky bird again and I recommend you not use them either. I know that there bottom line will never be affected because people are always going to need to use them for vacations. We spent a lot of money for us to try to take our kids on a good vacation only to have a horrible experience every single night. If I could, I would actually give a 0 star rating.
