Jordan was so much help in guiding for me setting up my new auto and renters policy through allstate. Took care of all the switching from Progressive and I even saved a boatload of money which is always nice. Caytlen is so nice and very informative, she even laminated my insurance cards for me. This also is full of great customer service and lots of smiles. So glad I switched to Allstate, because they truly do make sure that we are in great hands! Excellent Customer Service. My girlfriend had this insurance company unfortunately. They are extremely predatory and constantly refuse to cancel the policy. They argue back and forth in endless loops with every single excuse to refuse cancellation. The owner is extremely unprofessional and even tried guilt tripping her from cancellation.

They kept raising her rates and gave her the run around when she tried to reduce it. They grossly overcharged her compared to any other insurance company and refused to help reduce it. I have never heard in my life about such unprofessional and disgusting behaviour from a business and especially an owner.

We will be reporting them to the CEO, BBB and other applicable agencies. Do not put your card on autopay with these people.

To respond directly to the owner's response. To address these deflections, I'm fully aware of high pressure sales tactics as I've been in sales myself. Also, I'm writing all this for my girlfriend as her direct experience with your company just days ago sir. It is direct experience, from her, fresh.

She directly demanded you to cancel the policy as she already had another policy to replace it that is already active far before she called.

You lied to her about some random 60 day policy, yet when we contacted corporate, they were able to cancel immediately upon request with 0 trouble. Next, you never told her you don't deal with cancellations. You continually tried running her in circles to death in the conversation trying to force her to to stay with you and your grossly overpriced service.

You literally kept denying her multiple commands to cancel the insurance sir in just the one conversation. On top of that you tried guilt tripping her about some nonsense. You are a liar and a high pressure salesman. Both of us and especially her find your behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. This isn't perspective or misunderstanding, this is objective observation of your behavior. We will not be gaslit by you sir and she felt very uncomfortable during the conversation.

Also, she never was informed that she call corporate and cancel with ease. I myself had to inform her that she was talking to a franchise, you, and that she should talk to corporate, which is what we did and they didn't run us in circles, they just accepted our request to cancel and it was done quickly. There's nothing you can deflect or deny in her direct customer experience she had with your franchise.

I confirmed with her everything written here is accurate so any potential customer who reads this, I suggest taking his response seriously is unwise.

And to again address you misdirection about how you supposedly don't deal with cancellations. She was literally told they were forwarding her to cancellations which was you the owner. That's when she had the revolving conversation. And yes she was highly irritated by both you and your agents. I'm typing this for her because I get things done and I don't put up with nonsense.

i needed coverage once i moved to Juneau and got a call from an allstate agent. he was extremely helpful and walked me through everything to set it up (first time with insurance) he was very patient and answered all my questions. it was a really good price for my car too. called again recently as i had some new questions, first time i reached a lady who said she would call me back and never did so i called again today 2/27 and reached a lovely man (sadly forgot his name) he was very nice and helpful and answered my questions immediately. he seemed very committed to my satisfaction. im moving soon and sad to leave the care of this agency!
