Very friendly and very helpful with my needs. I’m going to do most of my banking at this Magnifi Branch very close to work and home for me. Gotta checking account through Magnifi but recently not using it much. Now after doing business at this branch today. Going to start direct depositing my funds here. Very happy with the friendly staff.

I recently opened an account at MAGNIFI Cold Spring Branch. They were very busy at that time, but took the time to make me feel comfortable and important. During my second schedule visit, the Branch Manager and Branch financial employees made it a priority to service my account and focused on my business. The Branch leader and employees are very professional and feel I made the best financial decision becoming a member!

Banked here for 15 years always had good interactions and service. I would give them 5 stars had they not closed my account because I had too much money transfered into my checking from selling my crypto. They closed all my accounts to "mitigate any possible losses." The money was already transfered and in my checking. There was no way they could lose money so they closed my account for really no reason and won't let me open a new account. I don't even want to bank anywhere else. Kind of unprofessional that they won't let me open a new account since neither of us have had any issues with each other other than putting too much money into my account at one time I guess.

Horrible communication, wasted my time unnecessarily, they do not value their members.

Updated: They posted a token response, nothing personal, exactly what a big business would do.

I've been a member since 2003, it's been getting progressively worse since they became Magnifi. Do not count on them to listen or help you.

All of the staff at the Cold Spring branch are so great to work with. They give great customer service! Also i think it is so great how involved in the community the credit union is!
