Kerry and the group at Main St. done a great job. The buyer actually got pre approval through them and we done for sell by owner on our home. We had a couple folks tell us be cautious since we don't really have anyone representing us. I will have to say it was the easiest closing experience I've ever had. They communicated with us on everything from buyers pre approval to inspections and all the way to closing and getting us a check.
