I am not happy with this rental company because there was NO inspection done before moving in, there were things that needed to be fixed, mold in the master room shower that should have gotten resolved rather than leaving it there, etc. We submitted tickets to get things fixed and it was such a delay to get things fixed, sometimes the orders will get cancelled. I refuse for the rental company to keep any deposit because they lacked to do an inspection and whatever damage the last renters did to the house before moving into the house. Plus, they are now charging $100 for late fees when they didn’t charge much. So we have to pay for the broken plates for others when it’s not our fault. I do not recommend to rent with this company because this company is a joke and you can’t even speak to a supervisor (pointless to have them if they cannot present themselves).

In the process of ending the worst professional experience of my life. This company exhibits absolutely no professionalism. We used them as property managers for a total of 2 1/2 years. The first 2 years with Susette managing the property were wonderful with open communication, prompt responses and common courtesy being the standard. When the team of Ken and Devin took over from her 4 months ago they immediately took exactly the opposite tack. Open hostility and disrespect became what they were offering at every opportunity. They have failed to provide us with keys to the home when the locks had to be rekeyed due to the tenent losing them. Because we asked questions, they terminated our agreement with them. While they have done this, they have yet to forward our last months rent or the security deposit. it is currently the 20th of the month and it should have been transferred into our account on the 15th. They claim they've done nothing wrong so I guess they don't feel a need to live up to agreements. I think that a 1 star review is rating them too highly. I would never recommend this company under any circumstance.

I have been with this company for about 4 years. They handle my rental in Vsrrado Az. During all this time the service was very good and responsive.i as well as the tenant were very saticfied with the service. I have only can say good things about the service, rent collection and solving any problems i had. I would like to add, that due to my situation was changed, i am currently no customer of them, but that dont change my experiance.
