p.s. they do take over outdated junky houses, do serious renovations like new kitchen, baths, floors, lights, etc. and after escalating the quality of the apt, the rent is automatically being increased, that's the reason if you see anyone complain on rent increases...

I’ve lived in centerville my entire life, I rented an apartment off of a man my father knew. Well, short to say, he grew old and had to sell the building. The apartments were $500-550 each, of all 4 units in the building. Major Management bought this building and immediately raised the rent to $650-750 and one downstairs was a whopping $1000. Bills were transferred into our names instead of having them paid, being the apartments are very small studios in each unit. Needless to say, if you are a local resident of centerville, you know this company is buying MANY buildings and up charging every single one of them. Greed comes a long way in property management. WARNING: stay away from these people! They just want your money!
