We had been renting from Majestic Properties since 2016. I feel compelled to mention each person because from day one, they treated us like we were family. Don, Paula, Karen and Chris were always very friendly and professional. I can’t think of any other company I would use should I need their services again. Paula is a great realtor, she helped us buy our house and was awesome. Kim and I will always consider them a part of our already large family. *Update* a year later & another $250 rent increase. The excuse is increased interest rates - although nobody refinances properties when rates are high. Just good old fashioned American greed

Previously I would have given 4 or 5 stars because they are responsive to maintenance issues. However, greed has gotten the better of them. Our rent has gone up $300 in 2 years. Simply because they can I suppose.
