as soon as i've moved in they have been nothing but nice. Whenever I have a problem they solve it almost immediately and are always very responsive when it comes to serving their tenants. The maintenance men are really nice and hard working. They go above and beyond. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and personable. Probably the best place i've ever rented from so far! 10/10 recommend

This is literally the WORST compnay you could ever rent from. once you're gone they will find any and every reason to charge you unnecessary charges and fees. The accounts director courtney literally had it out for me since I went through the eviction process and was able to pay it all off. It seemed like me getting my balance paid upset them and they had it out for me ever since. Once i moved out they sent me a disposition and over charged me for cleaning fees & my babys wall stickers even though the house was FILTHY when i moved in & the paint was pealing. Rent at your own risk cause i'm telling you the experience i had with them was/is horrible.

Rented 2 years from Management Advantage. The team has been very professional, whenever we had a maintenance request it was handled in time. The apartment was in very good shape too. When we moved out they were very reasonable and made the process incredibly easy.

Management Advantage kept a copy of our lease from 4 years ago that saved us from getting our deposit stolen by another renting company that bought our building. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing staff and amazing renting company. They never gave us extra fees or outrageous rent increases like other companies did. Can't recommend them enough!

Lori and her team do a great job managing properties. They are strict, but fair with tenants. They've handled repairs in a timely and affordable manner. We've used MA for about 5 years now and will likely keep using them going forward. Cheers!

I have now rented 2 properties from Management Advantage (I am currently living in 1). I have had a very good experience with the management company when it has came to efficiency with maintenance concerns/problems, and being communicative. I am thankful for the help and guidance I have received both times when looking for a place to live after college and when I was ready to move into a bigger space. Thank you Advantage Management staff and thank you to specifically Brooke, and Taylor for all you guys do! You guys do your job very well and I hope you know your work is appreciated. To the maintenance team, thank you for always being quick and efficient.

Renters beware. I lived in a property managed by Management Advantage from March 2023 to August 2023 under a subleasing agreement. When I first moved in there were no window blinds in the front window and when I contacted management to have them replaced I was told they would not be replaced as I was subleasing and accepted the unit as it, yet they still charged me for them when I moved out. They also charged me for replacing a fridge handle that was missing when I moved in, and for carpet cleaning, despite charging tenants for routine carpet cleaning due to normal wear and tear being illegal. Finally, my initial move out date was on August 31st, however one of the employees of Management Advantage entered my apartment on August 17th (without notice) and messaged me asking if I would be willing to move out earlier as they had a new tenant wanting to move in. When I initially expressed that I wasn't willing to move out early as I had paid the full months rent already, I was told that I would receive a prorated amount of rent back if I was willing to move out at an earlier date, because of this I agreed and found a new rental unit. However, once I had agreed and moved out, the property informed me that they did not give prorated rent for moving out early, despite this being the reason I agreed to move out early in the first place. I would recommend potential renters to avoid doing business with this company. They will charge you for things that were already broken inside their units prior to moving in and lie and manipulate you to get what they want.
