When I needed to sell my father's house after he died, I selected Mandy somewhat blindly as I live out of state and am not familiar with the local area. Boy, did I get lucky! Mandy exceeded all of my expectations, which is not easy to do. During a time when I was emotional, stressed, and overwhelmed in dealing with my dad's estate as well as my own life, I needed someone who wasn't going to make more work for me. Mandy made this process so much easier. First of all, she was responsive and communicative every step of the way...so important since I was doing this remotely. She was competent and professional, her market knowledge was on point, and her connections with local services were immensely helpful (e.g., photographer, landscaper, contractor, septic). I believe she did a lot of things for me that I would have done if I were local, but she just took care of them. The title company she works with was also excellent. Mandy was incredibly kind, making several extra trips to the property to work with the estate sales folks, check on the condition of the house after monsoon storms, and even picking up and mailing the last few things that I wanted to keep. Mandy and her team have my strongest recommendation - seriously, working with her has been outstanding.

As a first time home buyer I came into this experience unsure of the processes involved with buying a home but Mandy was extremely responsive to any concerns I had and she was able address them immediately. She was able to find my family the home we needed within the price range we were looking for. I would highly recommend Mandy, she is knowledgeable on the VA home loan process and a great guide through the whole home buying process. She truly went above and beyond for my family and I couldn't be happier with my new home.

Mandy Gold is a true professional. After getting my mother settled into an assisted living facility my family and I were faced with the task of selling her house. We were very lucky that someone had recommended Mandy to us. From the very beginning Mandy proved to be very knowledgeable and helped us out through the entire process. She even went above and beyond with recommending an estate sale company and a house cleaning company. She kept us informed every step of the way in the process and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. When our first buyers backed out due to their buyers contingency Mandy had the house back on the market right away and had an open house scheduled within days and we had a new offer soon after that.
