My wife and I were having lots of issues with our lender while in the process of buying our house, our closing date kept getting pushed back and the lender would take days to respond to our questions and also days to acknowledge that they had received the requested documents were even recieved. They treated us like names and numbers on a computer screen. We were both very stressed out with the process. Our realtor recommended that we might want to give Marc a call. From the first day Marc and I talked until shortly there after when we closed, we were very happy with Marc's performance, care, professionalism, helpfulness and suggestions. I will go out of my way to reccomend Marc Brouillard to anyone who is looking for an excellent experience with a mortgage broker. Marc also got us a better interest rate and we also had lower closing costs through him. First class performance!

If you are looking for a professional who is knowledgeable about his business, Marc is the person you are looking for. My husband and I applied for a refinance home loan through Marc Brouillard, he sat down and explained what lenders are looking at, said we would qualify if we included certain items, and took our information. In 4 weeks the whole process was complete, our new loan was in place, and we had no problems. Marc responded quickly when I had any questions through out the process, and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. I recommend Marc Brouillard 100%, if you are looking for a loan, and aren't sure if you qualify, go and ask Marc!!

Marc from Redding Real Estate and lending was excellent in every aspect of our sale. My uncle passed away in Shingletown and we needed someone in that area who could handle the sale of his property.
