We rented a property managed by Gray for 11 years. They took forever when anything broke. Last summer we had to stay in a hotel room for 3 nights because they kept neglecting to get the AC fixed during a dangerous heat wave. We just moved out of the Gray property because we bought a house. Gray Property Management threatened to take us to collections if we didn't pay $4000 to fund their refurbishing project on the aging property - new appliances, new floors, new gate/fencing... Don't be intimidated by unscrupulous property management companies like Gray. Know your rights. You are not obligated to pay for natural wear and tear or refurbishing when moving out of a rental property. Work with Gray Property Management at your own risk.

Very rude and unprofessional. Extremely condescending when we were speaking on the phone when I was asking a question about the qualifications for renting. Do not waste your money on applying.

Hands down the best landlord anyone could ever ask for! Kindness and communication go a long way for all aspects of life, everyone needs to remember that. Anytime we've ever had an issue it was immediately addressed & resolved. Rented from them for my last 2 houses & am extremely grateful for them; they returned our deposit from the first home & we were able to put it towards the new house. I have rented from Marietta Gray Property Management for over 4 years, they have always gone above and beyond. If something needs repaired they are quick to get it taken care of. It doesn't matter when I call they are always cheerful and willing to help or find a solution. Marietta has personally called me to make sure that being a tenet meets my expectations and if I should ever need anything they are only a call away. As long as I'm a renter I will only rent through Marietta Gray Property Management their professionalism exceeds any expectations I have. Thank you for making renting easy. Amazing management hands down! We’ve been with them for 5 years and they are always caring and very helpful. They addressed any issues we had fast. They are a great management to rent from! We needed a bigger home so unfortunately we had to leave or else we would have stayed with them. The whole staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. Best management to be with.

I seldom give 5 star reviews to anyone for various reasons. But, this company stands out from the rest. I've been renting from them for about 3 years. They always address issues when reported to them. I'm in property management myself, I am very familiar with fair housing laws and regulations, and this company abides by them. Our property owner had three other management companies before this one. Gray Property Management is far superior to the others. I see some are upset because their rental application were denied. If an application is denied, it is because of the credit or rental history. It is not personal. A complaint of denial of an application has no reflection on a rental agency, but of the applicants history in one form or another.

Wish there was 0 stars. I don’t rent from them but i have a family member that does & they are SO unprofessional!!!! The staff that works there is extremely rude, my family has a home that is not even livable & the property don’t do anything about it. It’s very sad. I would never consider renting from these people, it’s a shame.
